Role Summary/Purpose

To be a services financial partner supporting the CFM/LEAP product line in the China region.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership for CFM & LEAP CSAs


• Partner with a cross-functional team to deliver long-term program modeling for contract negotiations on existing Services contracts


• Lead discussions and training with cross-functional teams on financial metrics and long-term revenue accounting


• Work with the operations team to manage op plan and growth playbook forecasting, and quarterly estimates


• Contract Margin Review support


• Work with fleet model team to update fleet model and technical cost data in support of the contract modeling


• Work with teams to perform analysis for contract Margin Reviews


• Create OM Walks for Contract Margin Reviews and Deal Analysis support to Program Manager


• Provide support for commercial Actions


• Work with cross-functional team to identify and document specific scenarios needed to run for commercial actions


• Partner with Sales team and CPMs to develop standardized services contracts for key customers


• Utilize technical runs provided by the OCE team to create scenarios within the financial models for use in deal reviews during commercial actions


• Prepare Price Severity Matrices to account for changes in operating parameters of engines like Flight leg, Derate, and utilization etc.


• Prepare Deal Review packages for complex deals


• Provide support on existing deals and CMRs for other engine lines as needed


• Be involved in various projects initiated by GEES CSA team


• Be involved in, and test, improvements of Smartprice and other digital tools


• Other ad hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college


• Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Risk Management
