1. Develop strategy to mitigate fraud attacks through data driven algorithm.
2. Maintain and enhance strategy through regular monitor and re-tune.
3. Support business enablement through objective function enhancement and leverage the new products features/story based solutions.
4. Ensure accurate implementation of risk decision solutions through closely collaboration with internal teams.
5. Communication/Collaborattion with teams from different locations and from different functions.

1. Strong common sense, logical thinking and problem solving skills. Must and terrific business acumen. Ability to synthesize information and generalize the pattern.
2. Previous fraud experience and Paypal knowledge are preferred.
3. Must have strong analytical skills. Experience working with large amount of data and implementing data driven solutions is a plus.
4. Knowledge on Predicative Modeling, data mining and analytical tool. Familiar with data analysis tools such as SQL/SAS and decision tree is preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills. Experience presenting findings to large audience and across different levels within the organization.
6. Great inter-personal skills. Manager relationship with key partners. Able to collaborate with remote teams effectively.
7. Knowledge of decision engine and tools are preferred.
