Responsibilities:

Supports and advises management in a wide variety of legal areas, including but not limited to commercial corporate, labor and employment, litigation and claims and IP management etc. for all facilities of Joyson Safety Systems:

1.Participating in strategic business development and provide legal advice to the management team regarding the consolidation and integration of facilities in China;

2.Contract Management: drafting, reviewing and negotiating different type of contracts both in Chinese and English; optimizing the existing contract management system and procedures; working with global and China legal team to establish relevant contract templates or general terms and conditions to be applied for different business units;

3.Provide legal supports and advices in relation with Corporate Governance Management for all China facilities：Drafting, reviewing and negotiating relevant equity transfer agreements, articles of associations, shareholders decisions, board resolutions, or other documents required by the government authorities; monitoring and overseeing the formalities changes to be filed with competent authorities for all possible company changes;

Supports the development of an effective compliance program for all facilities of Joyson Safety Systems in China together with the global Chief Compliance Officer and regional compliance officer:

1.Develops, initiates, maintains and revise policies and procedures on a regional level for the operation of the global integrated compliance program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct together with the regional compliance officer;

2.Facilitate and conduct (when needed) compliance training program on code of conduct and compliance policies and procedures, such as anti-corruption, data integrity, conflict of interests etc. for all employees of facilities in China;

3.Work closely with other functional departments for the implementation of compliance program as well as recommendations given by regulatory authorities;

Monitoring and overseeing the litigation and potential claims of all facilities in China:

1.Participate in the commercial and labor-disputes-related litigations when necessary;

2.Maintain and manage the relationship with external law firms;

Qualifications：

Education： Bachelor degree or above，prefer passing the national bar examination and holding a lawyer qualification certificate；

Experiences： A minimum of 10+ years of legal experience (with
several years of experience at a leading global law firm and/or in-house at a
major multinational corporation) and with management experience；

Knowledge：General knowledge of Company /Commercial Legal
environment and other general business related laws, rules and regulations；
