岗位职责：（英语为必要条件）

1. Responsible for collating and summarizing the total data of the engineering department (such as output analysis, payment status of each project, etc.)

负责整理与汇总工程部总数据（如产值分析、各项目收付款状态等）

2.  Responsible for the translation, sorting and filing of project materials in the department, and assisting the project supervisor in English docking, including the docking with English clients

负责部门内项目资料的翻译、整理、归档，协助项目主管的英语对接工作，包含与英语客户的对接

3. Assist to prepare new brand bidding documents

协助制作新品牌标书

4. OA process processing

OA流程处理等

5. Assist director of engineering in paperwork

协助工程总监的文书工作

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader

完成领导交代的其他任务

任职要求：

1. Major in architecture or English 建筑相关专业或者英语专业

2. At least 2-3 years working experience in engineering industry, experience in specialty stores and luxury stores is preferred, experience in brand follow-up is preferred

至少有2-3年工程行业工作经验，具有专卖店、奢侈品店铺工作经验优先，具有跟进品牌经验者优先

3. Familiar with the whole process of store construction management, with good communication and coordination skills

熟悉店铺施工全过程管理，具有良好的沟通协调呢能力

4. Excellent English reading and writing skills, good oral communication skills

优秀的英语读写能力，口语沟通能力强

5. Good at data analysis and statistics, sensitive to data, can find problems and solve them in time

擅长数据分析及统计，对数据敏感，能及时发现问题并解决

6.Proficient in using Excel (Excel formula), PPT and other office software

 熟练使用Excel（Excel公式熟练）、PPT等办公软件
