职位描述：

1. 开拓北京及华北地区市场，提高市场占有率；

1. Develop markets in Beijing and North China to increase market share;

2. 针对室内设计师、总包、项目管理公司、高端业主，宣传提升企业及产品形象；

2. Promote corporate and product image for interior designers, general contractors, project management companies, and high-end owners；

3. 开发商业、零售连锁店、餐厅、住宅、酒店等客户，完成销售指标；

3. Develop commercial, retail chain stores, restaurants, residences, hotels and other customers to complete sales indicators；

4. 公司分配的其他任务。

任职要求:

1.学历要求：大学专科及以上，年龄29-37岁；

1. Academic requirements: college and above, aged 28-37 years;

2.在室内建材/设计、装修行业有5年以上的销售和市场开发经验；

2. More than 5 years sales and market development experience in indoor building materials/design and decoration industry；

3.熟悉华北地区高端私宅设计师渠道资源，高端楼盘销售团队渠道等资源。能够开拓高端楼盘物业管家等渠道，熟悉私宅家装等渠道的运作模式；

3. Familiar with the channel resources of high-end private home designers in North China, high-end real estate sales team channels and other resources. Can develop high-end real estate property management and other channels, familiar with the operation mode of private home decoration and other channels；

4.能与客户顺利沟通，理解客户的想法和要求；

4. Can communicate smoothly with customers and understand customer's ideas and requirements.

5.工作态度端正，勤奋努力；

5. Work attitude is correct, diligent efforts.                                                                   

6.有高端同行或建材交换项目的能力。

6. Ability to have high-end peers or building materials exchange projects.
