Job Title: Manager, Operational Excellence – Risk Operations

Summary of Position:

Supporting the Operational Excellence (OpEx) Corporate strategy, this is a critical position that will focus on creating new and improved processes to predictably meet and exceed customer expectations, achieve market leadership, and meet internal goals of the Operational Excellence function. This person will work closely with Risk Operations, Policy, Product, Compliance and other related business units in APAC and globally to integrate new products and services while assessing and reengineering existing processes to drive continuous improvement.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

· Ensure thorough understanding of BU and OpEx goals for alignment and execution.

· Operationalization of new policies, products and services working with key business units and the Risk Operations Group with key focus to design and deliver a world class customer experience while balancing risk and rewards.

· Act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement mindset with key partners in APAC and globally.

· Work in an influential role with multiple business functions to generate process improvement ideas; develop, maintain and prioritize continuous improvement projects for the APAC site.

· Act as Project Manager to define, establish & communicate detailed project plan together with agreed timelines, critical milestones, interdependencies & risks to the project and leadership teams.

· Preparation of business cases for system enhancements to support the prioritization of product, process, and policy improvements in line with OpEx and BU goals.

· Evaluate, measure and monitor the effectiveness of improvements post implementation and make appropriate future enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

· Update senior management/ stakeholders on progress against plan on a regular basis & escalate issues as required.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:

· Minimum of BA/BS degree, (Post Grad or Masters preferred) with a minimum of 5 years process improvement and project management experience within a multinational, fast pace and expanding operations or service centre environment

· Significant training in Six Sigma or Lean initiatives; preferably with Lean certification or Six Sigma Greenbelt qualification

· Project Management Qualification (PMI/PRINCE)

· Must possess good command of written and spoken English

· Successful track record of identifying, leading and driving change within a dynamic organisation

· Ability to multi-task while juggling different priorities and timelines

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Track record of working cross functionally, relationship building, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, negotiation & decision making

· Advance skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio
