Individual Accountabilities:



Strategic / external communication:

- Develops sales strategies to satisfy business plan objectives, as well as to maximize sales opportunities via an account plan;

- Provides clients with general and specific information on product concepts; submission documents and presentations.



Operational:

- Documents via sales calls, interprets briefs and communicates that information to their respective division, to the marketing and technical functions to ensure open communications so that customer requirements are appropriately communicated and satisfied;

- Keeps abreast of competitive activities, prices and new business opportunities;

- Ensures that administrative functions such as itineraries, expense, etc., are accurately maintained;

- Issue comprehensive action reports as per clients briefs;

- Defines appropriate GM & PM according to pricing tool directives.



Financial:

- Responsible for expense management and adherence to budget. Ensures that administrative functions such as itineraries, expense and call reports, etc., are accurately maintained;

- Monitors commercial expenses.



Key Shared Accountabilities:



With Project Coordinator or Commercial Assistant:

- Make sure that all process are in place and working at their best efficiency.



With development team:

- Portfolio Flavor strategy (winning flavors).



Shared with Comercial hierarchy:

- Builds client intimacy via constructive relationship with key customers.



With sales / commercial / regional director:

- Price/Commercial account decisions.



With Finance department:

Monitors AR in close relationship.



With SC :

- B2B (SOI/SMI), consignments stocks, good relationship with the client;

- Makes sure that Safety and Regulatory (PRSA) is applied without compromise on any/all client submissions;

- Manages client complains and deliveries issues.



With Marketing, Technical, Development, Flavorist teams:

- Ensure good knowledge of the industry and do not miss any opportunities.



Shared with enablers:

- Work with legal, corporate compliance, ... on corporate agreements , standards and policies e.g. contractual agreements
