Job Objective:

Assistance for the developing new products, technical support for business growth .

协助新产品的开发，并对业务的发展提供技术支持

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support smart glazing project to build demonstrators, validate new technologies, suppliers, partners based on internal and external request. Support smart glazing and smart objects & sensors compentencies development in SGR Shanghai. 

支持智能玻璃项目制造工程展示样件，基于内部和外部的需求测定新技术、供应商、合作伙伴，支持圣戈班上海研发中心智能玻璃，传感器、智能网联设备的相关能力建立。

2. Support demonstrators building for Sekurit, including

支持制造Sekurit安全玻璃业务相关工程展示样件，包括

A. Quick prototyping to support concept validation & demonstration based on OEMs or internal requirement. (coordinating with customers or Sekurit China)

基于汽车主机厂客户和内部要求，建立快速原型以支持创新概念确认和展示（需要协调客户和圣戈班安全玻璃(上海)有限公司房方面）

B. Acquire components, parts or material to build demonstrators. (coordinating with suppliers or partners)

获取原件，零件，材料以支持制作工程展示样件（需要协调供应商和合作伙伴）

C. Support of the demonstrators production. Training the operators on-site in case of need. 

支持工程展示样件制造，在需要时，培训现场操作员

D. Setting up demonstrators for exhibition and demonstrators maintenance work. 

负责准备工程展示样件协助展览介绍以及负责工程展示样件的维护工作

3. Support the development and validation of new technologies / suppliers / partners / competencies in SGR Shanghai

支持圣戈班上海研发中心新技术，供应商，合作伙伴，能力的开发建立和验证。

A. Support the survey and identification of local partners / suppliers for smart glazing technologies in Aisa. (coordinating with suppliers or SGR Shanghai TIG-TIS team)

支持调研和确定亚洲本地智能玻璃相关的合作伙伴和供应商（需要协调供应商和上海研发中心TIG-TIS团队）

B. Obtain or prepare the right sample for experiment, test and validation (coordinating with internal labs or external suppliers)

获取和准备合适的工程样品以支持实验，测试，验证（需要协调内部实验室和外部供应商）

C. Follow test procedure or standard to conduct tests to evaluate and validate the performance of sample with limited supervision after training. Document the test result in a report. (coordinating with internal labs or external suppliers)

接受培训后，独立按照测试大纲或测试标准完成样品性能的鉴定验证，并将结果记录在试验报告中（需要协调内部实验室和外部供应商）

D. Support to set up new test equipment and capability. Make the basic tooling design to facilitate new test to be done. (coordinating with suppliers)

支持建立新的测试设备和能力，完成基本工装设计以支持新的试验测试（需要协调供应商）

4.Support to build and maintain connected objects lab and SEKOIA (smart glazing) show room

支持建立和维护智能物联实验室和SEKOIA（智能玻璃）展厅。

A. Cooperate with facility & EHS team, finance team on the construction work for the lab establishment.

与设施部、环境安全团队、财务团队合作，管理负责实验室构建工作

B. Prepare and install equipment for exhibition, storage, user interaction, brain storming and innovation. 

装备关于展示，展品存放，用户交互，创新交流的实验室设施（工作地会涉及圣戈班研发(上海)有限公司实验室）

C. Cooperate with CRL team or other stakeholders for further lab development and be responsible for lab maintenance work.

与CRL团队和其他项目相关方合作，负责进一步的实验室完善工作以及后期的实验室维护工作。

5. Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'. Be responsible for lab equipment maintenance, 5S, purchasing and other daily lab work.

遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。负责实验室设备的维护管理，5S以及可能的采购等日常事务。

Job Requirements: 

1.Background

Electronic engineering(电子工程) 

Mechatronic Engineering  机电一体化,

Electronic, Optical, Mechanical Engineering / 电子，光学，机械工程

2.College or Bachelor degree . 大专或本科

3.Knowledge of electrical circuitry, electronic components and systems, programming etc.具备电路，电子原件、系统，编程等领域的知识。

4.Ability to read engineering drawing and to make basic GD&T annotation.能够读懂工程图纸，完成基本的尺寸公差标注。

5.Capability of initial analysis of test result and the interpretation of the test data.能够完成测试结果的初步分析，并可以阐释测试数据。

6.Better to have certain lab experience. Automotive related experience is a plus.优先考虑具有实验室相关经验和汽车行业相关经验的候选人。

7.3-5 years experience in domain of electronics, optoelectronic or mechatronics is preferred. 优先考虑三到五年电子、光学、机电相关的经验。

8.Basic English in both written and spoken基本的英语听说读写能力
