Job description / Mission
You will be responsible for products packaging in order to achieve production targets in terms of delivery time, costs, efficiency and quality which shall meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. This includes but is not limited to
- Responsible for products packaging
- Coordination between work shop and warehouse (material slip management)
- Managing the work shop stock items & consumable parts
- Handling document(files, drawings) for work shop operations
- Guide workers assembly and give technical support.
- Backup other package engineers who are absent
- Responsible for working hours management
- Responsible for shipment, such (packing list, shipping mark etc.)
- Inspirit and encourage workers
- Responsible for workshop PPE, safety management is involved

Experience requirements
- 3-5 years working experience in a production environment
- Technical experience with turbo machines and related auxiliaries like lube oil systems, proc-ess gas piping and electrification
- Some experience of workshop management
- Experiences in logistics would be beneficial

Knowledge / Educational requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education proven by previous achievements
- Chinese/Mandarin mother tongue and good command of English is required
- Basic computer skills: MS Office, Lotus Notes, first knowledge about ERP system like BPCS or SAP would be beneficial

Personality requirements
- Proven technical and production back ground
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self driven and pro-active
- Willing to travel to our other production companies in Germany and USA for long term training purposes
