工作要求：

1）专业院校美术、艺术类等相关专业毕业，有两年以上相关工作经验，具备扎实的美术功底、出众的创意能力，能独立完成设计,具备较好的创意表现能力，手绘能力强更佳。

2）熟练操作各类平面设计软件，了解印刷前期及印刷制作规范和流程；

3）设计思路明确，整体设计感强，能够协同文案，将创意从概念通过视觉表现发展为最终的成品，准确领会客户意图，具备客户服务意识；

4）具有强烈的责任心，高度的工作热情，认真负责有良好的团队意识。
