Based in Shanghai, the successful candidate will assist with the management and daily operations of the Markets practice in KPMG. The role will give the candidate visibility into our sector, account and go-to-market programs, and the opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness of their execution.

Responsibilities

- Analysis and tracking of department programs and activities, e.g.

  - Tracking monthly staff movement and preparing staff report including staff performance review

  - Assist in preparing annual budget and monitoring monthly budget 

  - Perform analysis and data visualization to build presentation materials to support business goals

- Organizing and coordinating meetings

- Assist in other ad-hoc markets projects 

Other requirements

- Quick learner with high curiosity and general understanding of business activities

- Good at multi-task management

- Professional, disciplined and proactive

- Strong English / Chinese communication skills; confident to approach and work with all team members

Highly numerate: strong data analysis skills and high degree of proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office
