职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
-Compliance management with regard to resp. National Chemical regulations and upcoming GHS=Globally Harmonized System (e.g. substance inventories, Safety Data Sheets, classification and labelling) according to Corporate HSE Guidelines
-Operational compliance to National chemical regulations (substance inventories, MSDS,..) for all Siegwerk products produced and marketed nationally as well as for those exported into other countries
-In support of BU’s, communication on product safety issues with customers and in particular with Key Accounts, in accordance with Corporate HSE standards (legislative requirements on food packaging including risk minimization of liabilities for SW, hazardous substances in packaging and public discussion, compliance to Key Account and End User specifications). Efficient and professional customer request management on product safety issues
-Knowing and communicating relevant Product Safety (PS) and chemical regulations and their impact on products
-Understanding and communicating of Key accounts and end user PS requirements
-Proper functioning of Raw Material Introduction Process
-Depending on organizational structures synergies could be seen with other functions, like e.g. Analytical Services, Management Systems (like Quality Management), etc.
-Product Safety & Regulatory Services
-Verification and corrective actions to achieve regulatory compliance (substance inventories, Labelling, MSDS, ..) of products produced and marketed nationally
·Create and maintain a latest list of applicable PS&R legislations
·Communicate the emerging or changing of PS&R related legislation, and corporate policies to potential impacted function
·Follow CAPA process to achieve compliance.
- In close working line with BU’s Technology, efficient and reliable delivery of relevant customer PS communication (declarations of compliance, reply to PS queries) to customers/key accounts. Maintain related documentation and ensure proper archiving
·Support to review the PS&R related sales agreement, declarations from customer
·Deliver proper product declarations
·Handle PS&R related product test as necessary per customer inquiries
- Efficient and reliable delivery of MSDS and related occupational health and safety and environmental information; Maintain related documentation and archiving; ensure correct labelling of SW products
·Build up and maintain MSDS centre of raw materials, intermediates and products
·Build up and maintain product label centre to ensure compliance of PS&R related label requirements
·Cooperate to design PS&R related new product labels
·Cooperate to generate MSDS for new products
·Cooperate to build up PS&R related work follow/process
-Ad-hoc retrieval of missing regulatory and chemical data on raw materials (MSDS, inventories, substance and purity information, ..) from suppliers and forward them to Corporate HSE Raw materials and Compliance Manager for Raw Material Approval and maintenance of global Raw Material Library
-Support BU’s Technology in efficient implementation of Raw Material Introduction Process
Qualification:
-Bachelor or Master degree in Science – preferably Chemistry
-High degree of Proficiency in English
-Preferably with experience from related Chemical Industry
-Familiarity with ERP, PS&R Software & Key Microsoft programs incl. MS Office
-Good analytical and communication skills
-Ability to work independently
