Responsibilities 

1.       Execute Project implementation. Responsible for R&D activities and cross function activities in ODM/BfR/One time buy project. As R&D contact window in company to communicate with supplier

2.       Map Product portfolio and define Product roadmap. Understand real customer needs and add value to products. Use SWAT tool to define product roadmap from technical perspective. Map product from technical perspective to enhance competition in a rational way

3.       Support product manager/sales team for product go to market. Spec explanation, question answering, etc.

4.       Maintain Old product. Support failure analysis, customer onsite support, installation support, customer complaint handling support

5.       Support developing supplier competence to finish Signify product development. Supplier capability evaluation and supplier mapping with Signify product portfolio

Requirements

1.       A bold, resourceful self-starter with a knack for adding value in unexpected places. You live and breathe our company values, and come equipped with the following competencies:

2.       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or above, prefer major in mechanical, material, optical or electronics.

3.       More than 3 years LED lighting product development experience.

4.       Skillfully use Microsoft Office

5.       Able work constructively across multiple functionalities

6.       Able to communicate in English fluently
