岗位职责：

1、配合主案设计做好深化设计工作，完成施工图绘制，有独立完成项目的能力；

2、参与项目施工现场的配合与交涉；

3、负责项目的施工现场变更及竣工图制作；

4、必要时需跟踪施工现场进行图纸整改，解决施工难点；

5、协助配合在各项材料以及项目进度上跟进；

6、学习能力强，工作态度积极上进。

7.   有精品店铺和商业空间施工图深化经验优先考虑

任职资格：

1、勤奋好学、积极向上、细心严谨、有责任心；

2、有良好沟通协调能力强，能承受一定的工作压力；

3、四年以上施工图设计经验。
