Requirements:
? No less than 3-years working experience in a software developer capacity
? 1 year experience of Metrics lead
? 3 years SQA experience in a global company
? 1 year software developing or testing experience
? Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline. Knowledge of the financial market is a plus
? PMP qualification is a plus
? Project management skill
? Metrics & analysis skill
? SQA skill
? Fluent English skill
? Strong communication skills are essential

? Influencing skills & persuasiveness
