Job Description:
1，挖掘潜在客户并保持联系, 更新维护客户信息数据库
To search and contact potential client, update and maintain clients’ database
2，编写会议纪要, 准备演示材料
To write minutes of meetings, prepare presentation materials
3，为客户拟定商业计划书以及合约
To prepare business proposal to potential clients, prepare contract with Clients
4，跟进客户服务工作，安排、陪同客户参观相关工程项目，为客户解决相关问题
To follow up customer services, including arrangement and accompany with clients to visit related projects, solving any related problems
5，完成上级指派的其他任务
To complete any others task designated by Superior
要求 Requirement:
1，任何学科的学士学位
A Degree in any discipline
2，1-2年销售营销经验, 具有建筑行业工作经验者优先
1-2 years experiences on sales or marketing, experience of construction field is preferred
3，流利的中英文口语和写作能力（英语6级以上）
Fluent Chinese & English in both speaking and writing skills (CET 6 or above)
4，渴望与来自不同国家不同文化的人沟通
Willing to interact with people of diverse nationalities/culture
5，真诚，团队精神强、具有耐心，能承受压力, 善于交际、应变能力强
Honesty, Good teamwork spirit, patience and anti-pressure, excellent communication and responding skills
6，熟练操作Office办公系统
Be familiar with Microsoft Office
7，懂德语者优先, 欢迎外籍人士(没有工作经验亦可)
Understanding of German language is a plus, overseas are welcome, none working experience is also acceptable
