This job is to proactively support Creative Center technical, project execution and business initiatives undersupervision. To support senior staff to drive successful implementation & commercialization of IFF products in Application.

Key responsibility:

• Prepare applications according to specific methods and given instructions; and keep daily record of laboratory work and results;
• Evaluate the collection flavor and select the right flavor solution in compliance with client profile, legal, cost & stability requirements.
• Organize tasting sessions (organization of sessions, preparation of samples, tastings and summary)  
• Run stability tests and check flavor solubility according to established protocol.
• Realize analysis with laboratory equipment
• Manage& refresh the stock of raw materials, flavor collections and the maintenance of laboratory and equipment
• Actively participate various training and apply the training skills into daily work

• BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science or related disciplines. 
• 1 year experience in food, pharmaceutical, ingredient or flavor and chemical industry is preferred.
• Self-starter and able to work in a cross functional team environment.
• The ability to learn and be flexible in a rapidly changing business environment
• Can-do attitude

• Knowledge of food safety, raw materials, food regulations, sanitation and production processes is preferred.
