KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Organisation of services

• Prepare and manage all internal and external documentation of operation required by local regulation and local bureaus;
• Participate related meetings required by local governments;
• Acquire related certificate required by local regulations or bureaus;
• Monitor vendor services according to KPIs and manage associated documentation and approval processes.
• Monitor cleaning work and ensure cleaning level and disinfection well conducted;
• Monitor security service and ensure security guard follow related procedure and requirement;
• Monitor parking procedure and parking permit;
• Monitor daily catering service, including menu review, canteen and kitchen daily inspection and online platform daily review;
• Monitor uniform service, including online and offline shop service level and deal with parents’ feedback;
• Support budget preparation, monitor expenditure, approval and payment processes;
• Support asset management, including ensuring accuracy in the provisioning of all fixed assets;
• Support school bus service including liaising parents or school office to ensure smooth bus operation daily;

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education：Bachelor’s degree，major：N/A
• Language: Fluent written and spoken English     
• Working Experience:5-8 years working experience, ideally in an educational context that includes international staff
• Management Experience:Experience of management of external vendors is advantageous
• Experience of working in an educational setting preferred
• A minimum of 5 year’s post qualification experience
• Fluency in English and Chinese
• Ability to interact in a positive and friendly way with all staff through effective Customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Rigorous approach to problem-solving
• Ability to deliver excellent service at all times
• The ability to priorities workload and meet deadlines
• Technology user skills sufficient to prepare reports in Excel and Word, and aptitude to operate  appropriate databases
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Ability to work to tight timelines
• Able to work long hours and occasional weekends for events
