职位描述
l 协助厂长进行精益生产系统的策划、实施和持续改进，以推动生产系统价值流的改善与提升；
l 协助厂长策划并组织实施COS/QCD系统的融合与统一，以形成内部生产运营系统；
l 协助厂长负责BCP、EHS以及质量管理体系在上海工厂的监控、推进、执行与改善；
l 负责执行生产计划，并协调资源，基于安全、质量的生产目标达成及准时交付；
l 负责材料接收、保管及 发放以及半成品管理，确保账物一致；优化材料库存水平并及时进行库存预警，保证准时配送及交付，提升BTS水平；
l 负责线边物流及原材料在现场的物流规划及管理 ，提高物流效率；
l 负责设备的保养、维修以及所有设备及关键零部件的备件管理；负责公用动力设备/公用动力设施及管网的定期维修管理，制定用水计划、用电计划和锅炉用油计划，并组织落实；负责上海工厂其它辅助设施的管理及维修；
l 负责各类生产用车的归口管理；
l 参与编制EHS改造计划并组织实施 ；
l 配合进行新产品一二级项目在上海工厂的实施和推进，包括试制、试验、产品定型、生产准备、调试结论、文件转正全过程工作。
l 有效实施公司人力资源管理方面的政策和制度，承担部门组织机构设计与优化和管理员工（包括招聘、培养与发展、业绩管理、员工关系、激励保留等方面）的职责。
l 完成直接上级安排的其他事项。

Established in 1994, 14,300 square meters in area, advantageously located in Shanghai, China, Shanghai Fleetguard Filter Co., Ltd. is China’s most advanced filter provider, dedicated in manufacturing filters broadly used in on-highway and off-highway applications. It is a joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Parts & Components (Group) Co., Ltd. and Cummins (China) Investment Co., Ltd.
Shanghai Fleetguard is a technology driven company that achieved ISO-9001 quality certification in Mar 1997, QS-9000 quality certification in Mar 1998, TS16949 (2002) quality certification in Oct 2003, TS16949 (2009) quality certification in Jan 2010, ISO14001 environment certification in Dec 2004 and OHSAS18001 environment certification in Jun 2009.
