Job Description:
Lead and grow client relation team to support GBI's growing client base for all product portfolio, work closely with stakeholders of pharmaceutical firms, GBI product team, account managers and sales specialists to ensure high quality training to meet client's needs, ensure clients high satisfaction level
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1 Lead client relation team to ensure high quality training, grow client relation team to meet the company's growing user base with strategic vision
2 Ensure Client relation team timely answer client questions, support client service tickets, organize training for new users when needed
3 Support key account managers to ensure current client renewal
4 Build solid relationship with client key contact person for daily operations
5 Proactively understand user needs
6 Give Client feedbacks to Product team in a structure way, coordinate with analyst and IT team efforts to continually improving product based on client use/response
7 Give effective training to client with solid knowledge of GBI products
8 Capable of identify client demand and introduce sales opportunities to key account manager or sales specialist
9 Work closely with GBI company leaders to develop client loyalty programs and user incentives
10 Develop client monthly and quarterly reports with strong analytical skills
11 Monitor key client usage from backend and manage abnormal high usage and low usage users
12 Responsible for managing senior relationships at major pharmaceutical companies
13 Able to interact professionally with senior management at MNC firms
14 Able to uncover client pain points, and be flexible and creative in finding solutions using GBI services and tools
15 Able to understand broad trends in pharmaceutical and healthcare industry in China and internationally
16 Able to understand needs of pharmaceutical companies as a whole, as well as individual departments and business units
17 Work closely with product team in driving innovation: short term customization and development and long term product strategy
18 Flexibility in learning to work with new product areas and addressing diverse pharmaceutical client needs such as new product launch, product licensing, sales operations optimization etc.
19 Maintain close contact with growing user network of GBI subscription database service. Encourage frequent use of system, respond to questions and suggestions and promote client satisfaction.
Minimum Education and Experience:
1 5-10 years working experience at client relation function in Pharmaceutical industry in client facing, professional B2B environment
2 3-5 years team management experiences
3 MBA degree is a plus, Bachelor degree holder as minimum requirement
4 Excellent spoken and written English is a must
5 Pleasant, patient, detail oriented and cheerful personality
6 Independent and entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
7 Strong presentation and communication skills
Additional Requirements
1 Track record of excellence in working with clients and addressing client needs
2 An outgoing personality - "a people person"
3 Native Chinese speaking and writing level is a plus
4 Education background in healthcare is a plus
5 Experience in life science or pharmaceutical related industries is a plus
