职责描述： 

1. 负责国际市场营销相关产品的规划，包括营销活动、会员、积分需求调研，分析需求，产品设计等工作； 

2. 负责产品的界面、功能、流程设计，把控项目进度及质量 

3. 把握目标市场用户需求，竞品特点，设计提升产品功能和用户体验，全方位提升产品的用户价值和竞争力 

4. 与市场、研发、离岸等团队协作，协调各方资源，推动产品项目顺利进行 

5. 关注运营数据、用户调研与反馈等，持续优化产品； 

6. 协助项目组跨部门的协调沟通，确保项目需求保质保量上线，并跟踪产品效果； 

7. 定期关注并收集业界动态和客户对产品各项功能的反馈，提高产品用户体验和运营的效率。

 1. 本科以上学历，具备3~5年及以上互联网产品经理经验，自我驱动； 

2. 具备出色的逻辑分析, 需求分析能力及产品设计能力，思路开阔； 

3. 英语沟通无障碍，良好的沟通能力、执行能力及团队合作能力，勇于承担高强度工作压力，较强的适应能力和可塑性； 

4. 熟练使用各类office办公软件； 5. 有网站国际化，本地化等多语言产品经验者优先
