Description

· Identify and initiate the channel, reseller, system integration partners according to business demand.
· Manage the partnership with partners. Build up and maintain relationship on multiple levels with key stakeholders in the partner company and manage their business activities according to agreement signed between two parties.
· Work with KAM and partners to create opportunities for Ericsson business. Including engagement in co-selling/sales support activities with partners and their customers for key opportunities. Involvement in contract negotiations throughout the entire process, proactively working with the partners, and secure successful closing of the sales.
· Develop market plan in line with the guideline of the Customer Unit and related account.
· Plan and coordinate resources to support agreed business and financial targets.
· Coordinate business activities and information sharing with Core 3 Team in both the province and the customer unit.
· Responsible for development of business cases and commercial management of partnering sales business to ensure profitability of the business.

Qualifications

· University degree on Economics, Business Administration and/or Engineering
· Minimum three (3) years of experience working as channel sales or channel manager in Telecom or Network companies
· Major account sales experience with High-touch and channel engagement
· Experience in SARFT and Vertical is preferred
· Willing to work proactively, innovatively and collaboratively following Ericsson ways of working
· Good Documentation skills and Commercial skills (business planning, contracting)
· Good Negotiation skills & general understanding of legal documents (like Reseller Agreement)
· Good Understanding of sales process, delivery process and risk management
· Good Communication, Networking, Influencing and Analytic skills
· Fluency in English and Mandarin
