Purpose of the Job 职位目的：

Responsible for planning, inventory control and logistic solution. 负责国内计划、库存和物流解决方案。

Key Job Responsibilities主要职责：

1. Converge and analyze sales forecast, make monthly demand plan based on sales forecast and stock level, coordinate with factory about production demand
整合各个区域的销售预测，根据销售预测和库存水平，制订月度需求计划并与工厂协调生产需求。

2. Place purchase orders to factory and supplier, arrange and track delivery, follow up payment issues through coordination with finance department.
向工厂和供应商下达采购订单，安排并跟踪交货，与财务部门沟通付款等事宜。

3. Manage warehouses to optimize stock cost and logistic. Analyze and control stock level, including stock in factory and in channel. Analyze slow moving stock monthly and suggest ways to consume these materials.
管理仓库，以优化库存成本和物流。分析并控制库存水平，包括工厂库存和渠道库存。分析呆滞库存并建议处理方法。

4. Analyze and report sales status daily, weekly and monthly.
分析并汇报每日/周/月的销售状况。

5. Search and evaluate domestic logistic suppliers. Develop domestic logistic solution and control logistic cost.
搜寻并考核物流供应商，开发国内物流解决方案并控制物流成本。
Create and maintain product database in K3 System.
在K3系统建立并维护产品数据。

Qualifications任职资格：

1: University degree; 大学以上学历；

2: Good English, both in Oral and written; 良好英文读写和口语；

3: Excellent PC skills, specially in Excel, Experienced in MRP or ERP; 良好电脑应用， 尤其Excel，熟悉MRP；

4: Opening, initiative, willing to work hard and do more; 开放，主动，能承受工作压力并愿意做得更多；

5: Good Experience in Material and Production Control. 有良好的物料和生产计划控制经验。
