职位描述
1、按照原料及产品分析所使用的企业标准、国家标准等规定进行原料、产品、中间品的检测工作。
2、掌握常用试剂、溶液、标准溶液的配制方法，掌握实验用指示剂的配制和使用范围。
3、正确使用仪器设备，并定期按要求对实验用仪器和设备进行校正，做好日常的清洁保养工作。
4、正确填写原始记录、分析报告、保证记录的真实性、完整性。
5、保持实验室的干净、整洁。
岗位要求：
1、具有化学分析专业大专及以上学历，有化学检测经历。
2、熟悉玻璃仪器的使用规则。
3、能正确理解各产品及原料分析所使用的企业标准，国家标准等试验方法。
4、掌握滴定、过滤、萃取、蒸馏、装柱、灰化等分析基础操作。
5、熟悉不同单位（如质量百分比浓度、摩尔浓度）的意义及相互换算。
6、了解实验室安全技术规范和常识，了解常用化学试剂及药品的性质、安全注意事项和一般用途。
