Job Description:
Accessory Merchandiser with a Designer Profile.
To perform merchandising activities for bags, belts, jewellery, sunglasses, scarves, and other small accessory of one apparel brand into INNTEX Group, covering sourcing, order coordination and follow up, to assist in the achievement of team's business objectives.
FUNCTIONS:
Follow up orders with buyers and designers in headquarters, vendors, team members to ensure a qualified order process and on-time deliveryTravel to suppliers' showroom and make selection
TEAM:
Key relationshipsInternal: Buyers, Designers, QA/QC people, etc.External: suppliers
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree
OTHER KNOWLEDGE:
Intermediate computer skills;Good command of English skills both in verbal and written form, used to working in an English speaking environment
REQUIREMENTS:
3-8 yrs merchandising experience on accessories including bags, belts, jewellery, sunglasses, scarves, and other small accessory Experience in working with factory together to create new design samplesEver stayed with global sourcing office, brand buying office, buying agent or traderHas knowledge of costing, market trends, accessory material, production, QA and complianceFamiliar with vendor network for accessory manufacturing in China area

Demonstrated understanding of fashion trends, material and trimsStrong sense of fashion and business, commercial oriented
Good planning and organization skills for developing clear, actionable and measurable plans, schedules, or priorities with minimal supervisionPerformance oriented, initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problemsGood coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole processGood negotiation skills to satisfy the interests of multiple parties to maximize the cost-saving for a qualified merchandisingDemonstrated adaptability and flexibility to fit new and unusual situations to achieve business goals
