-Flipped classroom environment, students prepare with computer-based learning before class. As a teacher, your main job is to guide them through activities that have students actively using the language of the lesson.

-Small classrooms with 1 to 10 students of the same English level

-Larger English corner, usually twice a week and class size varies

-25 teaching hours plus 15 office hours per week, 2 days off

-Student age: mostly adults (18-35) but students are grouped by ability, not age

-Pre-made lesson plans, with accompanying activities to be used at the teachers discretion

-Chinese teaching assistant

-Sponsor work VISA and health insurance

Qualifications:

-Citizens from UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa.

-Bachelor degree or higher

-Two years of ESL teaching experience Or Teaching license in home country Or a degree in education/English (some locations require less experience)

-TEFL&TESOL; or CELTA certificate

-Under 60 years old (Visa requirement)

-Be friendly, courteous, professional, and engaging as a teacher
