Key Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with key teamleaders to develop the strategic vision, scope and context for product / salesinitiatives (includes market / competitive intelligence tracking, industryresearch)

·        Develop customer segmentation,and craft core positioning / messaging that differentiates the company’sproducts

·        Evangelize the valueproposition to internal stakeholders and communicate the value proposition tothe Business Development and Sales teams

·        Develop sales collateral toenable field teams to be more effective (including presentations, tailoredproposals, scripts, etc.)

·        Create marketing collateralincluding case studies, one sheet, whitepapers, FAQs, feature benefit sheets,the company website collateral, etc.

·        Serve as a product specialistwithin the company and go on customer sales calls / demos

·        Own product launches end-to-end– working closely with global marketing teams and product management to ensurea successful release; build processes, deliverables and drive coordinationacross functional teams and business units

·        Drive and monitor targetaudience communications and demand generation, including community management/user feedback

·        Build training content andcustomer education programs

 

Requirements:

·        Deep understanding of Social Products

·        Basic understanding of Genetics/ Biology, professional education background preferred

·        5+ years Product Marketingexperience in the related fields

·        Education: BA/BS; advanceddegree preferred (e.g., MBA); professional degree preferred (pedagogy,psychology, sociology, etc.)
