Purpose of Job工作目的:

To offer related technical or regulation etc. support for internal and external clients in related products  and operation.

为内部和外部客户在相关的产品使用或操作上提供技术或法规等支持。

Job Duties工作职责:

Method development：

Be familiar with related methods and operation and provide support to both internal and external clients with the information with effectiveness

熟悉相关方法和操作，支持内外部客户并保证支持内容的有效性。

Work closely with sales and help to harvest more clients and revenues

与销售紧密协作，帮助公司赢得更多的客户及销售额

Serve as the key contact with clients to provide or seek product-specific information or requirement to better understand client needs.

作为与客户联系的关键岗位，通过提供或寻求产品的具体信息或要求，更好地了解客户的需求。

Implement workflow in technical support, and reviewing to meet locally and internationally requirement.

实施技术支持流程，并回顾流程以满足当地和全球的需要。

Give a regular report on related method, operation or development advice to line manager and help R&D for setting up related method development plan.

定期向经理提供相关方法操作或开发建议，并帮助研发建立相关方法开发计划

Perform other duties as needed.

根据需要执行其他职责。

Job Specification任职资格:

Bachelor degree or above， Major in Biology,Food Science and related, With knowledge and experience with Microbiology,especially Probiotics preferred  

本科及以上，生物，食品相关专业，拥有微生物,特别是益生菌的知识和经验者优先

 Bachelor degree, more than 3 years relevant work experience required

本科学历，3年以上相关经验

Practiced reading and writing skill and fluent spoken English

熟练的读写能力和流利的口语

good computer skills

良好的计算机水平

good at communicating and good ability of expression

较好的组织能力和协调能力

good ability of analysis the problem and solve the problem

良好的分析问题及解决问题的能力
