Main duties主要职责 :

- Assembly quality management and improvement.装配质量管理和提高

- Assembly inspection strategy装配检测策略制定

- Quality issues found during assembly line and customer complaints handling 装配和客户投诉质量问题处理

- Continuously improve the assembly quality & Reduce cost of poor quality 持续改善装配质量，降低质量成本

 - Assembly quality planning and quality checklist implementation  装配质量策划和检测计划的实施 

 - Sample checking and testing of finished machines, sample checking in the unit assembly & final assembly  成品整机检验及试车，装配部装和总装抽检 

 - Provide lead quality support for NCR’s, customer complaints and quality cost reductions负责缺陷报告，客户投诉，减少质量成本 

 - Collation and summary of assembly quality performance monthly装配质量状况的统计和汇总 

 - Coordinate with related department for calibration and maintenance of tools and jigs at assembly协调相关部门维护和校验装配现场的工装夹具 

 - Coordinate with the related parties for quality analysis and improvement 协调相关部门执行各项质量分析和改善活动 

 - Provide both on the job training and formal training to cross functional team members, and improve quality culture through coaching of operators给相关部门提供培训并通过培训提高员工的质量意识 

 - Participating in product developments projects, contributing to Footprint / Production strategy参与产品研发项目，促成公司产品战略
