Overall Purpose of the Job:
This person will work closely with the Interactive Marketing (IM) client manager, brand team and 3rd party agency to manage production of interactive programs that include translation of strategy into operational execution and project management implementation. He/She will act as a link between the brand teams at client side and the 3rd party who is performing the execution of work.
Responsibilities:
? Meet/talk with business partners, teams, key leaders, vendors regarding project status.
? Communicate technical info with client and 3rd party agents
? Manage his/her day to day activities of the process
? Establish the right checks and balances for effective project control
? Interpret process related data/information/statistics
? Interact and build a rapport with the client and respective agency to effectively manage process changes / metrics
? Coordinate data capture and reporting to allow for on-going program measurement and optimization
? Change management; adjust the project plan and resource per business requirements.
? Work with Service Managers to continually improve the services offered
? Work with External Business Partners to establish solutions to meet our business partner needs
Requirements:
? Online marketing experience or education
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
? Experience executing marketing campaigns and/or launch plans.
? Ability to work with technical systems (Website Database/Hosting, PHP/.NET/JAVA webplatform, WAP etc).
? Experience with Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and other web-building applications.
? Strong experience with HTML and familiarity with Javascript and CSS.
? Ability to work with guidance of a cross-functional team.
? High-level of proficiency in business software applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
