二、岗位描述

1、受理95590来电客户售后满意度回访；

2、完成调度工作；

3、回访客户，完成服务品质的跟踪调查。

三、岗位要求

1、大专及以上学历；

2、普通话标准流利，具有良好的语言表达及应变能力;

3、电脑操作熟练，打字速度在40字/分以上；

4、具备高度的工作责任心。

5.早班7-15.最晚23.00点。夜班到早上7点

四、薪资福利

大专：4332元/月

基本工资：1548元/月月平均标准产能：2784通/月

平均：16通/时平均工资

试用期工资：3465.6元/通

培训前10天：50元/天补贴；

本科：4476元/月

基本工资：1692元月平均标准产能：2784通/月

平均：16通/时

试用期工资：3580.8元/通

培训前10天：50元/天补贴；

报案：1元/通

咨询：0.9元/通

另其它福利：

饭贴：400元/月，交通费：200元/月，全年5个国定假日：共3900元过节费，高温费（6至9月）：200元/月，共800元；
