2. 解答与保险产品有关的电话咨询包括投保、理赔、增值服务等；

3. 受理客户来电建议和投诉，准确记录相关信息并及时流转；

4. 开展与保险服务有关的回访工作包括查勘回访、满意度回访等；

5. 完成上级安排的其他工作；

6. 纯客服岗位，不涉及任何形式的保险销售；

岗位要求：

1. 大专及大专以上学历；

2. 6个月以上呼叫中心坐席岗位工作经验，车险客服工作经验优先；

3. 具有良好的语言表达能力和较强的沟通协调能力；

4. 口齿清晰，熟练运用普通话和韩语（听说读写），口音标准；

5. 语气亲切，有耐心；

6. 高度责任感，富有团队合作精神；

7. 熟练运用office软件，打字速度不低于30个汉字/分钟；

8. 工作时间：轮班制（每周排班40小时）；
