岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历；

2、两年以上互联网电话销售或车险团队管理经验

3、具备快速的学习能力，愿意积极主动承担责任，具有较好的创新精神及包容性

4、良好的抗压性及执行力，有集体荣誉感及良好的团队合作能力

5、具备良好情商，有较好的人际沟通、关怀及辅导能力

6、能够熟练使用PPT, Excel等office办公软件，能够尝试对团队话术、销售及管理流程进行优化

薪资待遇： 1、按照国家和上海市规定，缴纳社保。
