保骉（biao)车险

保骉车险是由众安保险、平安保险联合推出的国内首个互联网车险品牌。

这是国内首个以O2O合作共保模式推出的互联网车险，也是国内车险费改后首个"互联网+"样本。保骉车险率先在首批商车费率改革6个地区中开展，目前覆盖到18个地区，并随着费改节奏推广到全国。 共保模式是保骉车险的最大亮点之一。"共保意味着数据共享，风险共担，系统互通。 保骉车险双方将利用各自优势，全面实现线上线下的高度融合。

保骉车险将依托众安、平安两家公司各自领域的大数据资源，根据用户的驾驶习惯等多维度因子实现差异化定价 。在核保方面，保骉车险将充分参考平安多年积累的赔付数据，并应用风险识别模型对车主的历史赔付情况进行全面分析;在服务方面，则充分依托平安的线下理赔服务体系。

售前客服 岗位职责：

1. 通过电话并按公司提供客户进行维护和介绍公司车险产品；

2. 有较强的语言表达能力和沟通能力，工作认真、踏实、有较强的责任心，对新事物的接受能力；

3. 具有较强的服务、保险意识，对保险有浓厚的兴趣。

岗位要求：

1. 普通话标准，亲和力较好，具有一定的沟通表达能力；

2. 勤奋踏实，热爱销售工作，有相关销售工作经验优先；

3. 做事积极主动、认真负责、能承受一定工作压力、有团队合作经验。

工作时间： 9:00-18:30，12:30-14:00午休时间，做五休二（周末休息）

薪资福利 ：

1、薪资结构：基本薪资（4000元）+提成

2、平均工资：目前车险售前客服员工平均工资8K-10K，表现优秀者10-20K；

3、五险一金，每日下午茶，节日福利，丰富团建活动等，应有尽有。
