工作内容：
1、按公司要求参加每天早会并完成相关培训、学习
2、按上级主管要求完成客户电话约访工作
3、按公司要求每周完成指定的客户拜访及售后服务工作并形成记录：
1）帮助客户进行家庭保单整理，建立家庭保障手册，完善家庭保障体系
2）对客户的保单进行权益讲解，让客户清楚了解保障权益
3）协助客户办理领取、续费、理赔、分红报告、对账单等相关手续
4、用心服务客户，不断提升客户满意度和客户粘性
5、提出客户家庭保障缺口，给出专业保障建议并定制合理的保险解决方案
6、定期邀请客户参加公司举办的答谢会等活动，提高客户对品牌的认可度和信任度
