周一至周五09:00-17:00，周末双休

工作内容：
1、负责简历筛选、招聘需求的更新及职位发布；
2、负责收集、分析简历和分类简历，建立系统的人才库；
3、负责电话沟通邀约面试，对职位候选者做初步把控；
4、负责面试时间安排及面试接待；

5、负责电话和老客户约拜访时间；
6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，人力资源管理类专业优先；
2、1-2年相关工作经验，熟悉人力资源招聘流程优先；
3、形象好，气质佳，有亲和力，有较强的交际能力；
4、有较强的执行力，有较好的沟通和协调能力；
5、耐心、细致、有责任心，有良好的团队合作精神；
6、有较好的职业道德和责任心；
7、性格开朗，积极主动，有一定的抗压性，喜欢有挑战的工作。
