工作内容：

1、按公司要求参加每天早会并完成相关培训、学习

2、按上级主管要求完成客户电话约访工作

3、按公司要求每周完成指定的客户拜访及售后服务工作并形成记录：

1）帮助客户进行家庭保单整理，建立家庭保障手册，完善家庭保障体系

2）对客户的保单进行权益讲解，让客户清楚了解保障权益

3）协助客户办理领取、续费、理赔、分红报告、对账单等相关手续

4、用心服务客户，不断提升客户满意度和客户粘性

5、提出客户家庭保障缺口，给出专业保障建议并定制合理的保险解决方案

6、定期邀请客户参加公司举办的答谢会等活动，提高客户对品牌的认可度和信任度

薪资报酬：

收入=岗位津贴+培训津贴+销售津贴+个人业绩提成+个人绩效奖金+其他补助+年终奖金

收入举例：（一般试用期2个月，优秀可提前转正）

1、试用期内完成6000业绩，收入约为4800（累计7500业绩即可转正）

2、转正后完成12K业绩，收入约为11.8K；完成24K业绩，收入约为20K；完成36K业绩，收入约为29K；完成48K业绩，收入约为35K；完成56K业绩，收入约为40K；完成106K业绩，收入约为68K

3、随着业务知识和技能不断提升，收入快速增长，上不封顶
