The key responsibilities will include:

● Proactive talent mapping / candidate identification (including detailed contact/additional information) and developing passive candidates through networking, complex internet searches and database research

● Brainstorming on effective sourcing techniques and systematically mapping all talent in specific company / industry based on business need

● Professional compilation of research findings to be presented to the client

● Use a variety of tools and resources to identify and map the best talent across a range of markets and sectors

● Reaching out to candidates via email/inmail to schedule telephonic interviews

● Screening candidates on Communication skills, Minimum Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications and GCA telephonically

● Scheduling selected candidates for batch day for further rounds with Google

Required Qualifications and Skills:

● 1-2years tech recruitment experience in an agency or corporate setting

● Effective communication, interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to communicate in discussions and written documents, and deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully

● Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

● Collaborative team player, with a track record of maximizing team as well as individual performance

● Education : Minimum - Bachelors’ degree. Masters preferred

Required Language

● Native fluency in Japanese/Mandarin and English
