1. Acts as Officer-in-charge of the entire hotel at night and co-ordinates closely with the Resident Manager.

2. Conducts ocular inspections of all hotel facilities including the public areas, outlets, floors, parking area and immediate vicinity, locker rooms, curfew rooms, engineering areas, executive offices and back of the house.

3. Works closely with the night security officers on duty and co-ordinates closely on anything which necessitates their presence.

4. Performs all duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Managers.

5. Performs duties common to all Departmental Heads and other duties as may be assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
1. College graduate or its education equivalent
大学专科或相等学历毕业

2. At least 4 years’ experience in a hotel of international standard with at least 3 years in supervisory/managerial capacity
至少4年在国际标准酒店的工作经验，至少3年管理经验

3. Personable and assertive
气质良好，自信

4. Facility in written and verbal communication
良好的口头表达和书面表达能力

5. Should be well versed in local city history, places of interest, shopping areas, theatres, etc. for better guest service.

6. Must be thoroughly familiar with hotel procedures and policy involving guest service.
