岗位职责：

· According to group strategy and management budget target, develops the annual budget and business plan, and makes recommendations for capital improvements to enhance the assets of the property and ensure brand loyalty.

根据集团战略和经营预算目标的要求，对提高医院的投资改进予以建议，从而确保医院能够达到品牌的要求。

· Responsible for the daily operation, including development of strategic marketing opportunities and tactical sales plans, the hotel integrated management system, business process and operation standards.

负责医院的日常运营的管理，包括市场营销推广策略的制定及推行、医院综合管理体系、业务流程及运营标准的建立。

· Oversees the delivery of superior services to all guests ensuring the utmost quality and care is delivered including prompt response to requests and the effective resolution of all complaints to the satisfaction of guests.

监督服务质量，确保为所有客人提供最优质的服务和无比的关怀，这包括及时对客人的要求予以回应和有效处理客人的投诉等顾客满意度的问题。

· Ensures that product quality and service standards are met in all areas of the property as pertains to physical appearance, maintenance and cleanliness. Establishes and maintains preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the property.

通过对医院外观形象的维护，建筑维修及卫生清洁，确保物业各方面的产品质量和服务标准达到要求。制定并持续执行预防性维修计划以保护实物资产。

· Works closely with operating team in ensures optimum staffing levels relative to volume and productivity levels in all areas of the property. Maximizes training initiatives and plans to drive efficiencies and enhance operating and service performance of the property.

确保物业各个岗位上的员工配置与工作量和生产力相符。最大程度的发挥培训的作用，以及策划如何提高工作效率，改进物业的经营和服务表现。

· Provides status reports to group operating team as requested on the financial and operational performance against plan.

按要求向集团提供与计划对照的财务和运营状况报告。

· Oversees the security function to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property assets. Ensures compliance with brand standards.

· Champions the brand at all times and provides brand perspective site tours to perspective guests.

时刻倡导品牌文化，为有要求的客人提供从品牌角度出发的现场参观。

· Perform all other duties as required.

· Location: Shanghai, Suzhou, Ningbo, Jiaxing, Wuxi

工作地点：上海，苏州，宁波，嘉兴，无锡

任职要求：

· Bachelor degree or above, major in hotel, tourism management, marketing, etc.;

大学及以上学历，医院、旅游管理、市场营销等相关专业；

· At least 10 years in related field, having in-depth knowledge of the catering industry, having excellent marketing activities and promotion ability

10年以上相关工作经验，懂餐饮和后勤服务，擅长市场活动策划，具有优秀的营销与品牌管理能力；

· Preferably with operation management in Shanghai four star or above hotel or boutique hotel or domestic or international chain hotel style apartment.

具五星级酒店管理运营经验、高端医院或养老运营管理、工作经历者优先；

· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;

具有良好的组织管理与人际交往能力

· Good command of written & spoken English

拥有良好的英语口语与写作技能

· Computer proficiency required.

With headquarter is in Seattle, USA, CPM is an international business that develops and operates hospitals, clinics and senior living facilities in Asia.
CPM owns Columbia Asia, which has nearly 30 hospitals, clinics, and extended care facilities in Malaysia, India, Vietnam and Indonesia.
In Year 2011, Columbia China set up the head office in Shanghai. To meet China's growing demand for international standard medical services, Columbia China will invest in the establishment of a number of comprehensive, specialized hospitals, clinics, pension care and rehabilitation facilities throughout the country.
