1.  Client PC and helpdesk including 1st-level technical IT support and escalation to 2nd-level(Global service Desk) support

2.  Install, configure, upgrade, and manage local client equipment

3.  Management and Maintenance of CCTV system, PBX and Telephone system

4.  Install, configure, and manage local/remote physical network hardware (Firewalls, Routers, Switches and Access points)

5.  Documents of reported problems and changes using ITIL (IT infrastructure library) standard methods

6.  Assist in project implementations on PC clients and manage IT inventories

7.  Work with vendors to provide best price/performance options to BOGE Shanghai for computer systems and support

8.  Coordinate the training of new employees in the BOGE IT standard methods and processes

Qualifications:

1.  College degree in Information, Computer Science or Computer Application

2.  More than 3 years of practical work experience, Microsoft Certifications and CISCO Certifications preferred

3.  Responsible, patient and communicative including English skills

4.  Familiar with MS Office 2016 and MS Office 365; Windows 7/10; ITIL Processes; PBX and CCTV system

5.  Fundamental network knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, ACLs, RSTP, routing, switching, IPsec VPN tunnels

6.  Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008/12/16, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, DNS, DHCP, DFS, NPS, PowerShell; Cisco Products; Veeam/Symantec Backup Exec backup solutions
