 Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate a multifunctional team towards development, validation and production of a Customer Diesel program to ensure production readiness and flawless launch.

·         Manage interface to Customer organization

·         Manage interface to all Delphi functional entities Product Engineering, System Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, etc.

·         Monitor program budget towards approved Financial performance: Business case, recoveries, etc.

·         Ensure the appropriate measures are taken towards meeting Customer objectives and overall Customer Satisfaction

·         Stay abreast of all Customer related activities (advanced, development, production), structures and procedures

·         Support the quotation of  and develop strategies to win new businesses at the Customer

Support the change implementation for continuous improvement on financial and quality.

Qualifications:

·         University degree, preferably in engineering

·         Oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English

·          Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate and elicit output

·          Functional expertise in Diesel development areas

 Ability to manage, support and develop people
