KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities)

· Design and implement experiment and testing plan according to customer request, write lab report independently.

· Provide technical support to the customers, i.e. product introduction and apply recommendation etc. help customers to solve problems

· Implement experiment and get necessary data related to presentation in the seminar and exhibitions etc.

· Assistant to prepare technical concept with guidance of line manager.

· Transfer existing technical documents, files and methodologies to local lab.

· Maintain samples, chemical agents, and equipment and operation procedure in Consumer care lab to meet the requirements of IMS / ISO standard.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

Education

· Bachelor degree or above in chemistry or related major i.e. chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy etc.

Knowledge/Requirement

· Good background in personal care, have good working experience in product development (hair care, skin care and color cosmetics).

· Be proactive, diligent and creative, good time management ability

· Good English ability, be able to read and write English reports and articles;

· Be able to provide technical support to customers, i.e. provide feasible technical solutions;

· Good IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook).

Experience

· At least 2 years work experience in personal care industry, skin and color cosmetics formulation development is preferred.
