Job Description

1. Ensure smooth and efficient liquidity management of Greater China entities. Centralize liquidity into cash pool and minimize idle cash.

2. Invest surplus cash to enhance yield in considering of counterparty risks and funding demands.

3. Optimize financing structures (InterCo Loans, credit facilities). Manage financing activities including equity injection/increase, intercompany loan, bank loan, and etc.

4. Manage cash flow forecast and analyze variance.

5. Conduct financial planning cycles, prepare funding plan.

6. FX risk management. Ensure FX transactions in market competitive rate and coordinate for FCY payment if needed.

7. Provide advice on guidelines and regulatory environment. Closely monitor regulation update, analyze the impact to Bosch business, and keep Bosch in compliance.

8. Closely work with HQ treasury and finance planning, and other relative functions.？

9. Bank relationship management. Closely monitor and ensure quality of banking service and solution.

10. Support to M&A projects in due diligence, funding plan and deal execution.

1. 负责博世大中华区集团企业的流动资金管理，以资金池为基础，集中流动性并减少闲置资金。

2. 对多余流动性进行投资。在充分考虑银行对手方风险和资金需求的前提下，提高投资收益。

3. 优化财务融资结构，包括集团关联公司借贷，银行授信等。管理融资方式，包括注资，增资，关联公司贷款，银行贷款等等。

4. 管理现金流预测并分析差异。

5. 财务预算，计划资金安排。

6. 汇率风险管理。确保外汇交易以市场有竞争力的价格进行，必要时协调外汇交易的执行。

7. 根据监管环境对与资金管理相关的事务提供政策咨询建议。密切关注相关政策变化，分析对博世业务的影响，并且保证博世业务的合规性。

8. 与总部资金部，计划财务部，以及各相关部门紧密合作。

9. 银行关系管理，确保高质量的银行服务和解决方案。

10. 对并购项目提供支持，包括前期准备，资金计划，以及项目执行。

Qualifications

1. Tertiary academic education (major: finance, business administration or the like)

2. Preferably 3 – 4 yrs professional track record in related areas, treasury/banking experience preferred.

3. Good knowledge of treasury and finance

4. Strong communication skills – able to interact smoothly with HQ, Banks and Bosch subsidiaries’ key staff

5. Working experience with multinational companies’ organizations and their processes

6. Experience with local regulations (SAFE, banking, etc)

7. English and mandarin language skills (oral and written); good computer skills (MS Office, Excel). Basic knowledge and experience of information system is a plus.

8. Able to work independently with an entrepreneurial attitude

5. 具有跨国公司的工作经历

6. 对与资金相关的监管制度有基本的概念和经验 (外管，银行)

7. 优秀的中英文双语表达能力(口语和书面); 熟练使用日常办公软件(例如: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)。信息系统管理经验更优。

8. 能够独立承担完成工作，具有主人翁精神。
