Job Summary and Mission
· Manage Consumer Experience Programs and Projectsfor CE HUB APAC, in close collaboration with the Market and Country teams toensure the brand consumer experience in the region reflects the consumer andmarket distribution needs following a global guidance towards a consumercentric brand experience for all physical retail touchpoints across channels(Own Retail, Franchising and Wholesale).
· This role is responsible for supporting HUB teamsand collaborate with the Market team in flawlessly executing programs andprojects (hyper-localization), according to Project Managementprinciples/framework, our Creative/Brand leadership and principles, resultingin world class consumer experience.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
· Project/ program management
ü Manage and deliver small, medium and large-scaleprojects/programs on a market level and respective functions within theboundaries of time, cost & quality while focusing on the organizations’ andmarket’s strategic expectations and requirements.
ü Take full responsibility for the definition,approach, facilitation and satisfactory end to end completion of assignedprojects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines)
ü Full project planning within project managementframework and tool set to ensure tasks, deliverables, milestones, critical pathand scope are managed
ü Identify, assess and manage risks to the success ofthe project
ü Ensure quality reviews occur on schedule and perprocedure to ensure KPIs are met
ü Set and monitor project variables (cost, effort,scope etc.) against the project plan to implement corrective or preventativeactions.
ü Manage change and ensure that project deliverablesare completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets, and aresigned off
ü Provide effective leadership to the project team andtake appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
ü Ensure that Program Management best practices areshared with CE HUB teams and with Market whenever relevant.
· Dependency/ complexity management
ü Think globally, locally and cross functionally toidentify project and program dependencies and their impact liaise with theappropriate cross functional stakeholders to resolve issues and proactivelyoffer solutions
ü Understand the relationship between own specialismand wider customer/organizational requirements.
· Resource planning
ü Lead cross functional project team resources (attimes internal and external) to deliver and support projects and programs.Influence senior leaders to allocate project resources to secure the project/program workforce
ü Monitor progress against agreed timelines andquality.
ü Facilitate effective working relationships betweenteam members
· Financials and Controlling
ü Follow established procedures for project costcontrol as an independent element within the projects/ programs to verify andcontrol the project costs on time in full.
ü Ensure availability of the project cost status.Apply appropriate methods for project controlling e.g. risk analysis,simulation calculations, target/ actual comparison.
· Communication
ü Maintain and foster regular, accurate andappropriate communication to stakeholders (from project team members to seniorexecutives) through project/ program lifecycle
ü Identify and maintain an in-depth stakeholderportfolio and broad network map, incorporating relevant cross functional areas,markets and other global departments to deliver and embed the projects/program.
ü Control of the overall budget and planning ofassigned projects within area of responsibility.
ü Self-initiate assignments with emphasis onstrategic, commercial and tactical focus
ü Any additional projects or tasks defined by theline manager

· Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
ü Ability to provide a clear framework for a projectthat is indicative of strong project, risk and stakeholder management
ü Pro-active (engaging & impact-oriented)mind-set, ability to think end-to-end with a global mind-set
ü Ability to think strategically, analyse data andinfluence decisions
ü Ability to be self-directed while working undertight deadlines
ü Ability to work in a fast-paced environment withdifferent international cultures
ü Strong experience in managing many complex projectsand programs simultaneously on a global level with significant budget
ü Strong communication (both written and verbal) andfacilitation skills (small and large groups) especially when interacting withdifferent levels of business
ü Fluent English (verbal and written), StrongMS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrable project managementtool experience e.g. MS project, smartsheet, Merlin, basecamp or equivalent
· Requisite Education and Experience
ü Ideally holds a project management qualification(PMI, PRINCE2, CSM, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma)
ü Minimum of 4+ years of progressive work experiencein mid to large scale project or program management
ü Retail Experience/Retail Construction/RetailConcept Design is desirable
ü Experience on working with diverse, internationaland partly virtual teams
