For Marketing Assistant:

-To assist with daily operation of the marketing team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

-Consolidate Dept. purchase, payments and contracts.

-To support in management of marketing calendar.

-To assist PR Manager on administration work.

-To undertake other assignments by PR Manager.

-Vendor follow up

For Visual Design:

- Good understanding of current and future trends, UX, graphic design, typography, photography & digital standards, to execute projects of all sizes and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication.

- Assist to design included public We-Chat account, Delivery platform, Website, and poster, etc.

Requirements: 

- At least 2 years working experience in graphic design  

- Familiar with standard computerized design  

- Strong Fashion and life-style sense and eye for details  

- understanding of mr willis consumer  

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
