职位描述
主要职责
协助上级进行FOREO品牌中国区的顾客忠诚度项目，以达到市场目标（包括新会员招募与老会员活跃），及销售目标（提升ROI、复购率，并寻求交叉购买机会）。
具体包括：
- 会员活动策划：根据品牌目标策划和实施会员营销活动，达到市场与销售目标
- 会员沟通：通过各渠道与顾客进行沟通，包括但不限于微信、短信、APP、EDM等
- 活动效果追踪：对活动效果进行分析和优化改进
- 其他上级交待的任务
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历市场营销、传媒、管理等相关专业优先
- 至少2年CRM或Marketing相关工作经验，美妆、奢侈品、耐用品行业经验优先
- 较强的市场敏锐度和策划能力，擅长各种会员活动的策划及执行
- 优秀的项目执行能力
- 有多渠道/跨平台CRM经验者，优先考虑
- 熟练使用MS软件，如ppt,word,excel等
