Main responsibilities

• Work with regional talent acquisition team to deliver high quality recruitment service to China regional office and Nord Anglia Schools in China Region;
• Work with regional talent acquisition team in maintaining the relationship with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives and fulfil recruiting needs;
• Involved in all recruiting projects from start to finish, working closely with vendors on selecting channels, or with universities on campus recruitment program and gaining support from various stakeholders along the way;
• Keep up with latest industry and recruiting trends and give solutions to improve recruiting efforts;
• Analyze recruiting metrics to understand opportunities within the recruiting funnel and partner with business stakeholders to implement appropriate recruiting mechanisms;
• Work independently on challenging tasks and able to seek solutions efficiently, such as recruiting in new market, recruiting challenge vacancies, etc.;
• Work with schools to provide reports regularly with accurate, sufficient data;
• Maintain internal HR/recruitment systems and make sure all systems are well applied during whole cycle of recruitment;
• Other tasks that senior TA manager assigned.
  

Qualifications/Training

• Bachelor degree or above;
• 5+ years solid HR talent acquisition working experience;
• Project management & time management;
• Languages – Fluent in English and able to conduct English interviews with English native speakers.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills

• 5-10 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in multinational company is preferred, among which at least 3 years’ corporate/HQ/shared service center working experience is preferred;
• Experience in Education area or a fast growing industry or company is preferred;
• Quick learning of the business and market;
• Solves a variety of complex problems;
• Outstanding analytical skills;
• Strong Power Point skills are crucial;
• Excellent written and oral presentational skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Organisational skills, ability to pay attention to detail without compromising the big picture
