KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (including EHSS responsibilities)

1. Manage, design and implement cement based materials related innovation projects under the supervision of R&D Manager.

2. Optimize and localize the existed cement based materials related products on market demand

3. Assist production team in scale up the related products transferred from other regions

4. Support business and analytical team for the trouble shooting and complaint cases from related  customers

5. Build up product evaluation method in lab

6. Explore and maintain cooperation with related external academic institutes

7. Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and preparing project proposals

8. Take responsibility in related patent, scientific literature and regulation scanning and analysis

9. Meet and comply with the regulations concerning safety, health and environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件 (education, language, expertise, functional competences)

 

 Education

 

 

1. Master degree or above in chemistry, construction materials or related majors

 Knowledge/Requirement

1. Solid theoretical knowledge, extensive R&D and application experience in additives or chemicals of cement based materials

2. Strong technology background in cement based materials (prefer concrete) production and application process

3. With silicone application knowledge is preferred

4. Have project management experience

5. Good English written and spoken capability

6. Soft skills: Open-minded, pro-active and communicational personality.

Experience

1. Master degree with at least 3-5 years of R&D work experience in cement based materials related fields
2. With strong cement based material additives is a plus
