Job Summary

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the price level of PO is in accordance with the market price level and prices are competitive or subject to agreement prices in frame contract
• Analyze and cross-check frame agreements and yearly contracts are completed
• Ensure documentation of purchase order is fulfilled with the requirement of company process control
• Review POs before stamping and approval signatures
• Review frame contracts and yearly purchasing contracts of SHA Production before approval
• Close Co-operate with Procurement and feedback for corrections
• Supervise the compliance process is followed during daily work, understands and strictly follows company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts.
• Participate internal and external auditing processes when needed
• Monitoring and propose process improvement and development
• Propose new possibilities and development of supply chain process to improve process, cut costs
• Propose new possibilities and development to improve control of supply chain quality management
• Give management suggestions for potential improvement in among department working process
• Report progress and remarkable improvement proposals monthly
• Action plans proposal and implement in responsible area
• Detail working process and implementing according to company’s regulation
• Assist and substitute Assistant of GM
• Monitor and report assigned tasks of Improvement action.

• Analyzed and verified successful cost cuttings (target value will be defined later)
• Analyzed and verified remarkable operation process improvements (target level will be defined)

Job Requirement

• Capability to work in global matrix organization
• High reliability and development oriented, good coordination skills
• Willing and able to flexible work within a developing organization
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese languages
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experienced in procurement department or finance department will be plus

·     Any skill having participated in the process of ERP, MRP will be a plus

·     Mechanical Knowledge will be a plus

·     Have the awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
